An embedded ARM processor running at 220MHz can support the advanced embedded software applications such as middleware, MHP and EPG. The CSM1100 is built in 0.13¦Ìm process technology. It has very low power consumption. The BGA package and ball assignment are designed for easy board layout and reducing system cost. |
